Over 3 months, we work together to:

  • Get clear on where these patterns show up in your daily life and what triggers them

  • Build the awareness to notice the pattern in real time

  • Build the ability to regulate discomfort and emotional reactions so you don’t automatically avoid or distract yourself

  • Practice ways to communicate, express yourself, and set boundaries

  • Use simple tools (including meditation and breathwork) to stay focused, aware, and emotionally steady

  • Learn ways to make tasks feel easier to start and follow through on
